• Must reside in Southern California OR attend a Southern California college or university by Fall 2022

• Full-time graduating US High School Senior in good academic standing

• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.0 scale or 3.75 out of 5.0 Scale

• Students must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
